The two most frequently asked questions we hear. For obvious competitive reasons, we cannot reveal all the details, but we can tell you some of our corporate philosophies.

  • No short expiration dates. In fact, we expect to deliver only the freshest products. Since we purchase many items directly from manufacturers or their distribution companies, our expiration dates are generally as close as possible to the current expiration date shipping from the manufacturer!
  • No seconds, overruns, or overstocks. We would not want to purchase these for our use either!
  • Quick order processing. More about this below.
  • Friendly, informed customer service dedicated to providing answers - quickly.
  • Professional buying. Dedicated, intelligent, creative, savvy negotiators diligently work everyday to find you the best possible price.
  • Cost control. OK, so every company practices some methodologies to keep costs under control. We continually review every aspect of our operations and make changes whenever they will result in lowering costs. It's simple - any expense a company has is paid for by that company's customers. When purchasing anything, our staff understands they are not spending the company's money, they are spending the customer's money.
  • Practical attitude. Want a pretty box with the name of the company you purchased from on it? Shop elsewhere! Occasionally we get a good buy on printed boxes, but usually they cost too much. Among our favorite shipping supplies are the free boxes provided by some of the shipping companies we use. We also recycle as much material as possible. Good for the planet and good for your budget.

Quick Order Processing
Perhaps the largest cost savings stem from the warehouse network we employ. Each year thousands of dollars in direct warehouse cost is saved by this network and our unique anticipatory inventory management system. This system in conjunction with our order processing procedure allows us to ship more than 87.5% of the orders received by 10:00AM today within the same or next full business day. By the following day, more than 97% of these orders have shipped.

Security & Privacy
When you place orders or access your account information, your Privacy and Security is assured. Yahoo! Secure Servers are used when you place an order or access your account information. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Hacker Safe, an independent third party, is contracted by OutletNutrition.com to check Yahoo! secure serves daily - assuring they are in fact secure. Additionally, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Any information you provide when placing an order is only used for the purposes of that order. OutletNutrition.com does not use email addresses or phone numbers provided on your order for any purpose other than those directly related to processing that order. Your information is never rented, sold, leased, used or shared for any other purpose.

We have carefully selected the products and vendors you will find on our web site. We believe these are of the highest purity, freshness and potency available. For these reasons we are happy to offer our customers an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased at OutletNutrition.com, regardless of the reason, you can simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price less any applicable restocking charges. Item(s) must be received by OutletNutrition.com within 30 days of original order ship date. Shipping charges are Not Refundable.

Please include your name address, daytime phone number, and reason for return along with your product and send the product to the address below.

Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All other packages of the same product must be in a factory sealed container and, if applicable, in the original packaging for refund. Open items with less than 50% of the product will not be accepted for refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card account used for purchase within 10 business days of return receipt. If purchase was made with a check or money order, a company check will be mailed within 10 business days of return receipt.

Massagers, opened Videos or DVD's and are Not Returnable.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the postage on return items and will not be refunded for those charges. When you order with us, you are agreeing to our Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions presented herein.

Taxes
Sales tax is only collected on orders shipping to Pennsylvania, USA addresses and only on items that are taxable. Payment of any other taxes, fees, duties or charges associated with any taxing or other government authority are the purchaser's responsibility.

Paying by Mail
We accept US, Canadian and most foreign money orders. You can use our web site to figure the exact total of your order. Simply go through the ordering process, enter your address, pick the shipping method & click the "Apply" button to get the total amount of your order including shipping and handling fees. Then print this page and use it as an order form. A $45 NSF fee will be charged for any checks returned for any reason by our bank.

Domestic Shipping
OutletNutrition.com offers a variety of different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering process. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Selecting an expedited shipping method (such as UPS 2nd Day Air), Does Not Guarantee you will receive it within 2 business days from placing your order. Shipping Method delivery times apply when an order is shipped. If you have a pressing need for an item, please email or call us.

Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed when you click the "Apply" button before finalizing your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service is $6.47(up to 1 pound), and usually takes 1 - 2 business days to process and 2 - 3 business days shipping time. UPS Ground (best for heavier packages), UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select services are also available for US destinations. Orders with UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping methods receive priority processing. NOTE: Orders over 70lbs MUST ship via UPS. Please call us for Shipping & Handling charges for orders over 150lbs.

Canadian Parcel Post and UPS Standard services are available for Canadian residents. Global Air Mail and UPS international services are available for destinations outside the United States.

To avoid delays in shipping, please select the proper delivery method based upon your location - USA, Canada, etc. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method chosen.

We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Each product is assigned an "availability" status on the product description page. In most cases the availability stats is "Usually ships the next business day". Orders received by 10 AM Eastern time will be shipped the same business day unless there is a backorder. On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor backorder on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 8-10 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. If you need a product right away and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by email and we will make every effort to deliver your order when you need it. If you request to receive a domestic or international order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.

When you place an order with OutletNutrition.com, you agree to accept all the terms and conditions provided on the OutletNutrition.com web site and we agree to provide the products/services requested at the price(s) shown at the time of your order, unless the item(s) are no longer available. Our responsibility for delivery of your order ends when the package is provided to the delivery service you select (USPS or UPS). You are responsible for providing correct and accurate address information as well as receiving the package at the address provided by you. When available, package tracking information provided by the USPS or UPS will be the sole criteria used to determine proof of delivery and satisfaction of our agreement with you. A signature is not required to indicate proof of delivery.

International Shipping
  • Outlet Nutrition assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Delayed, Returned or Impounded Orders. You are responsible for verifying import restrictions or prohibitions in your country. If you are not certain the items you wish to purchase are permitted for importations, please contact your local Customs office or Postal Service for any restrictions or prohibitions. When you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

    Most International orders are shipped via Global Air Mail. Shipping time is usually 6 - 14 Days. (some orders may take as long as 4 - 6 weeks if they are very heavy or stopped by customs). Global Air Mail provides a very economical international service for delivery of your order. Shipping & Handling charges for Canadian Air Parcel orders usually starts at $6.30 and is under $15 for almost all other countries.
  • Please Note: If you select one of the UPS international options we highly recommend checking with your local UPS office for tariffs, taxes or other COD fees which may be due upon delivery of your order. If applicable, these additional costs vary by country and order value. OutletNutrition.com is not responsible for calculating, collecting or paying any additional fees UPS may add.
  • Import Laws are different in every country and are subject to change. You are responsible for verifying import restrictions or prohibitions in your country. If you are not certain the items you wish to purchase are permitted for importations, please contact your local Customs office or Postal Service for any restrictions or prohibitions. Due to import restrictions and prohibitions, we are only able to ship to those countries available on the Country drop down list located on the Shopping Cart page.
  • If your package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and it is not returned to us, a refund Will Not be issued. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive a returned package after being seized, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
  • You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. OutletNutrition.com does not collect any duties, taxes or other fees that may be due to your country. Unites Stats law requires the exact amount charged for items purchased be reported on the Customs Declaration Form. Most international shipments are marked as a "Gift" on the Customs Declaration Form.
  • The description of the package contents on the Customs form, usually reads: "Nutritional Supplements" or "Beauty Products".
