Shipping Rates
Shipping is a service provided by the Postal Service(s) or UPS. The OutletNutrition.com Shopping Cart page allows you to select either UPS or Postal Service(s) and calculate Shipping & Handling charges for delivery of your order. Shipping charges for ALL orders are determined by Weight and Distance. Both the US Postal Service and UPS use 1lb increments.
- Tip #1 - The first pound is always the most expensive. The increase in shipping cost for additional pounds is small compared to the first pound.
- Tip #2 - Because rates are based on 1lb increments, it is possible to add or remove items from your shopping cart without
changing the shipping charge.
- Tip #3 - Postal Service(s) are usually the least expensive for lighter (1 - 3lb) orders. UPS is usually the least expensive for heavier (3+ lbs) orders.
- Tip #4 - Free Shipping Does NOT Exist! Do not be mislead. Many online retailers hide this cost in product prices and ship via the slowest, lowest cost service available. OutletNutrition.com does not. Shipping & Handling charges are clearly shown on the Shopping Cart and Order Verification pages. Compare the total cost for your order with us to the total cost with others.
Calculating Your Shipping & Handling Charges
Add at least one item to your shopping cart. On the Shopping Cart page...
- Enter ONLY the Ship to State and Zip Code.
If outside of the US, enter the Ship to City, State or Province, and Postal Code then select Country.
- Select a valid delivery method (US Mail, UPS, etc.) for destination country under Shipping Options.
- Click on the Apply button located just below delivery methods. Shipping Charge will appear under items in your cart. To see shipping charges for other delivery methods, simply select another method and click on the Apply button again.
Orders cannot be accidentally sent to us. A complete shipping address and credit card information are required before going to the Order Verification page. After verifying your order, the Submit button must be clicked to complete the ordering process.
Please note: Shipping & Handling charges may be adjusted when: an incorrect country is selected; an invalid shipping method for your country is selected; a coupon code is missing or invaild; an order exceeds allowable weight by a carrier; a Yahoo!, UPS or USPS system error prevents application of the correct charge during checkout.
Domestic Shipping
OutletNutrition.com offers a variety of different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering process. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Selecting an expedited shipping method (such as UPS 2nd Day Air), Does Not Guarantee you will receive it within 2 business days from placing your order. Shipping Method delivery times apply when an order is shipped. If you have a pressing need for an item, please email or call us.
Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed when you click the "Apply" button before finalizing your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service is $6.47(up to 1 pound), and usually takes 1 - 2 business days to process and 2 - 3 business days shipping time. We also offer UPS Ground (best for heavier packages), UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select. Orders with UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping methods receive priority processing. We provide Canadian Parcel Post for Canadian residents and Global Air Mail for all customers outside the United States and Canada.
To avoid delays in shipping, please select the proper delivery method based upon your location - USA, Canada, etc. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method chosen.
We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Each product is assigned an "availability" on the product description page. This availability often reads "Usually ships the next business day". Orders received by 10 AM Eastern time will be shipped the same business day unless there is a backorder. On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor backorder on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 8-10 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. If you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by email and we will get your order to you when you want it. If you request to receive a domestic or international order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.
When you place an order with OutletNutrition.com, you agree to accept all the terms and conditions provided on the OutletNutrition.com web site and we agree to provide the products/services requested at the price(s) shown at the time of your order, unless the item(s) are no longer available. Our responsibility for delivery of your order ends when the package is provided to the delivery service you select (USPS or UPS). You are responsible for providing correct and accurate address information as well as receiving the package at the address provided by you. When available, package tracking information provided by the USPS or UPS will be the sole criteria used to determine proof of delivery and satisfaction of our agreement with you. A signature is not required to indicate proof of delivery.
International Shipping
A complete list of the countries we ship to is available on the Shopping Cart page. Add at least one item to your shopping cart to see the Country drop down selector located in the Shipping Address section.
- Outlet Nutrition assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Delayed or Impounded Orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. When you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
We ship most International orders via Global Air Mail and it usually takes approximately 6 - 14 Days for shipping (some orders may take as long as 4 - 6 weeks if they are very heavy in weight or stopped by customs). This shipping option provides a very economical international service for delivery of your order. Shipping & Handling charges for Canadian Air Parcel orders usually starts at $6.30 and is under $15 for almost all other countries.
- Please Note: If you select one of the UPS international options we highly recommend checking with your local UPS office for tariffs, taxes or other COD fees which may be due upon delivery of your order. If applicable, these additional costs vary by country and order value. OutletNutrition.com is not responsible for calculating, collecting or paying any additional fees UPS may add.
- Laws are different in every country and we cannot monitor them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. At this time, we are only able to ship to those countries made available under our Shipping Menu.
- If the package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and we do not receive the package back, we will Not issue you a refund. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
- You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. If you tell us the item is a Gift, we will tag it as such.
- The description of the package contents on the Customs Form, usually reads: "Nutritional Supplements".
